Creamy Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Lasagna Roll-Ups
Here’s what you need to make this Creamy Garlic Parmesan Asparagus Lasagna Roll-Ups:

1 box lasagna noodles, cooked
1 15 oz. container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 bunch of asparagus
6 slices of ham, cut in half
1 clove garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded mozzarella
pinch salt & pepper

This recipe serves 6, 2 rolls ups per person (providing there are 12 lasagna noodles per box, some boxes may vary)
